Booking and Payments<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All bookings are subject to availability.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment terms and conditions will be provided at the time of booking.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refund and cancellation policies are outlined in our <\/span><b>Cancellation Policy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>5. <\/b><b>Cancellation and Refunds<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Article 1 : Cancellation by the Traveler<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The traveler must cancel their booking by sending an email to alessandro@dolcevita.be with proof of receipt by a member of the Dolce Vita Experience team.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation fees are as follows:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 More than 150 days before departure: \u20ac350<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Between 90 and 150 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Between 30 and 90 days before departure: 60% of the total trip cost<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Between 24 hours and 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Less than 24 hours before departure and during the trip: 100% of the total trip cost<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Article 3 : Cancellation Due to Force Majeure or Strike<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cases of force majeure (pandemics, weather conditions, terrorism, civil unrest, etc.) may make the trip impossible or prohibited. Dolce Vita Experience will assess the following situations:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 The closure of international, national, or local borders, legally preventing access to the travel destination<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 The closure of hotels or venues where activities are scheduled to take place<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 The closure of airports, making flights impossible<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 A mandatory quarantine upon arrival at the destination<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Article 3.1 : Refund Conditions in Case of Force Majeure<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If force majeure makes the execution of the contract impossible, the client may choose between:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Postponing the trip to the following year without additional costs.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Obtaining a refund, as soon as possible, of all amounts already paid. In this case, an administrative fee of \u20ac150 per booking will be charged. This fixed fee will cover all administrative expenses related to contract management.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Article 4 : Termination Before Departure by the Travel Organizer<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the organizer terminates the contract before the start of the trip due to circumstances not attributable to the traveler, the traveler may choose between:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Accepting another travel offer of equivalent or superior quality without additional payment; if the substitute trip is of lower quality, the travel organizer must refund the traveler the price difference as soon as possible.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Receiving a refund, as soon as possible, of all amounts paid under the contract.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Article 5: Travel Disruptions, Including Strikes<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Article 5.1 Itinerary Modification Due to a Strike:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In the event of a strike or other major disruptions affecting the trip, the travel agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedules, or modes of transport without prior notice to minimize disruptions for clients. The agency will strive to inform clients as soon as possible and provide guidance on the best course of action.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Article 5.2 Limited Liability:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The travel agency cannot be held responsible for disruptions resulting from strikes or similar events beyond its control. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering such eventualities. If clients incur additional expenses due to a strike, the travel agency will not be responsible for these costs. Clients are advised to keep all receipts for potential reimbursement through their travel insurance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>6. User-Generated Content<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a <\/span><b>non-exclusive, royalty-free license<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to use, display, and distribute that content.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You confirm that you own or have permission to share the content.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or unlawful content.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>7.
