This restaurant, led by Fulvietto Pierangelini, son of the legendary chef Fulvio Pierangelini (Il Gambero Rosso**), offers refined cuisine where the flavors of the sea are elevated with creativity and precision.

Day 6 Friday 10/17 : Exploring Bolgheri and Surroundings

Travel to BOLGHERI, renowned for its world-class wines and picturesque cypress-lined roads. A true escape from time, this hidden gem offers a glimpse into the soul of traditional Tuscan hospitality, where simple, high-quality ingredients and timeless recipes create a meal to be savored slowly. In the afternoon, we visit Peperita, a culinary revolution in the heart of Maremma. Here, over 50,000 organically grown chili plants are transformed into gourmet creations—sauces, powders, fresh chilis, and even beauty products, all made without additives or preservatives. Rooted in a family legacy of olive oil excellence, Peperita takes chili to an artistic level, blending heat, harmony, and creativity into every bite, from appetizers to desserts—even coffee and liqueurs.
