Taste, Tradition & Connection
Dolce Vita Experience designs and hosts immersive tours in Tuscany grounded in long- standing local relationships. For more than 25 years, we have worked directly with Tuscan winemakers, agriturismo owners and artisans we know personally, offering guests access and hospitality not typically available to tourists.
Accommodation
Fattoria Lavacchio – Your Tuscan Home
Set in the hills of Chianti Rufina, Lavacchio is an organically farmed estate where vineyards, olive groves and woodlands create a natural setting for learning, connection and relaxation. The estate’s altitude, light, and constant breezes contribute to an exceptional terroir and sense of place.

Immersive local encounters, hands-on experiences, and a warm sense of welcome let you discover Tuscany in its most authentic form—slow, soulful, and unforgettable.

Day 3 - Siena & Private Villa

The evening is hosted by the villa owner, who shares stories of the Palio horse races.
Day 4 - Castles, Villas & Craft

Day 5 - Farm, Wine & Food Culture
Begin the day with a visit to a local farm and cheesemaking demonstration, followed by a nearby estate winery for a cellar tour, tasting, and farm-to- table lunch featuring products from the morning visit. After time to relax, enjoy a special dinner at a nearby historic site with a food anthropologist, who weaves together food, art, and cultural history.
Day 6 - Gastronomy & Cortona
